It really runs

I can start using the bike again after more than 10 years. It's a great feeling. The restoration isn't over though. There are many things which need replacing:

• The head light (somebody fell with the bike and the rim is damaged, and so is the chrome)
• The air intake tube
• The fuel tank needs some attention (it doesn't leak any more, I hope that stays that way, but paint is needed)
• The saddle (I remade it during my previous restoration but the foam is too soft)
• The instruments (they were damaged during the fire, I don't quite trust them to show the correct readings)
• The mirror (I welded it together, and not very well)
• The wiring (should be redone, maybe converting the whole thing to 12V electric ignition at the same time)
• ...

​But it runs and that's enough for now!
